The PNOC-AFC has been receiving complaints with regard to persons or organizations misrepresenting the company. This is not the first time that such an incident took place. There had been several incidents in the past where certain individuals and organizations had used the name of PNOC-AFC without any authorization and for purposes that we had no previous knowledge of.
To avoid such evident misrepresentation, we would like to advise you, in such a case where any party uses the name of PNOC-AFC to facilitate any business or transaction with your office, to please verify with us as regards the identity of the concerned party, the party's official involvement with PNOC-AFC, and the purpose for such business or transaction.
